There is no country in the world that has such impressive wine regions within its borders as Italy. Wherever you go in Italy, making wine runs through your blood. From North to South and from the East Coast to the West Coast. Even on Italy's diverse islands, winemaking has become part of the culture. Perhaps not as well known as Piemonte and Veneto is the Abruzzo, or as the Italians call it: D'Abruzzo. This region is located in central Italy on the Adriatic coast. Although winemaking here does not have a centuries-old history, the wines from Abruzzo are impressive.

This wine should not be confused with the town of Montepulciano, located in the south-east of Tuscany. Montepulciano D'Abruzzo means the Montepulciano grape from the Abruzzo. This wine is produced by Rube, a leading wine company in Abruzzo, which has meant a lot for the local viticulture. The cultural aspect is very important to the winemakers of Rube. They want to produce the most beautiful wines, while preserving traditions.

This Montepulciano D'Abruzzo from winery Rube is a real outsider. Accessible, pleasant but without compromising on quality. That's what our vinologists call real craftsmanship. As soon as the cap of this red wine from Italy goes off, the great enjoyment immediately begins. You will discover warm cherries and generous forest fruit. Smell this wine again and a subtle touch of pepper unfolds. The taste is rich, smooth and very pure. The round tannins linger on your cheeks for a long time. The firm fruit lands wonderfully on the tongue. A real top Italian to enjoy daily.
