Definitely the most popular child in the class of winery Libre y Salvaje. An excellent glass of red wine, which has little competition. The winery, Libre y Salvaje, is located just south-west of Zaragoza, in the village of Almonacid de la Sierra. Its vineyards are unique compared to other Spanish vineyards. The vines are not laid out in tight lines, but a more natural course is chosen. There is only one rule in the vineyards of Libre y Salvaje: follow the law of nature.
Only when the Garnacha grapes are considered ripe enough does the harvest begin. This is done entirely by hand. This way, one can better guarantee the quality; after all, the control is stricter. The juice undergoes a 20% wood aging in old French oak barrels for no less than 14 months. This ensures a great aroma. Put your nose in the glass, and the party can begin. You will recognise soft raspberries and pronounced pepper. A clear hint of laurel reveals itself as soon as you take a sip of Libre y Salvaje Garnacha. The balanced pallet with firm nuances and fresh tones will undoubtedly bring a smile to your face.
