In April 2005, Laurenz Maria Moser V., a descendant of the famous Austrian Lenz Moser wine family, decided to dedicate himself entirely to the production of Grüner Veltliner with the support of two partners. Laurenz Maria's partner Franz Schweiger, an accountant and economic expert, takes responsibility for the financial side, while Dieter Hübler takes care of marketing and distribution. Laurenz Maria concentrates on the work in the vineyards and vinification. The enthusiasm for the Grüner Veltliner and the knowledge and experience in winemaking has led to a new international style of Grüner Veltliner; subtle spice, elegant acidity, lively and playful notes on the palate and a very pleasant finish.

The typical cooling effects of Kamptal nights help preserve the freshness and aromatic properties of the fruit, and thanks to the highly selective harvest, we were able to cool the grapes and preserve the fruity character of our GRUNERs. Fermentation began rapidly and was completed temperature-controlled without incident. The 2018 vintage is a very elegant, very spicy vintage with a range of fruit-driven aromas, showing the different terroir aspects of our beloved Kamp Valley.

A beautiful fruity wine. Because there is a touch of residual sugar left in the wine, a nice complexity of fruity aromas emerges. With its fresh acidity and juicy tropical aromas, it creates a nice balance in the glass.
