The roots of the Labruyère family go back to 1850 and lie in Beaujolais, Romanèche-Thorins, in the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, where the domain
is located. In 2012, however, they decided to also focus on the great terroirs of Champagne and became the owners of vineyards located in the city
Verzenay which is classified as Grand Cru. The fermentation process takes place in the bottle, making the wine sparkling. The aging of this Champagne takes place on 'Lie' and takes twice longer than the 'official' rules of the appellation.

A complex aromatic palette with notes of dried fruit, torrefaction and toasted nut. Rich and harmonious in the mouth. The beautiful structure of the Pinot Noir is perfectly highlighted by the tension and energy of the Chardonnay. The finale is delicate and very long.
