Weingut Siben is located in the Deidesheim wine region in the heart of Mittelhaardt. The winery was founded in 1710 and has been family owned ever since. The current owner Andreas Siben is the tenth generation at the helm of the family winery. The knowledge of German viticulture is thus guaranteed because he learned the trade from his father. Modern winemaking techniques and old traditions still make the most beautiful wines from the Mittelhaardt area today.

The vineyard for this Paradisgarten Riesling is quite old, because the vines are over 35 years old. These are planted in a subsoil of sandstone and loam, so that the Riesling grows perfectly. The cool climate that prevails in the vineyards gives the harvest ample time to develop. When the harvest is ripe, all Riesling bunches in the Paradisgarten vineyard are harvested by hand and transported in small crates to Weingut Siben. Here the bunches are gently pressed and the entire wine matures for several months on the Lie. This makes it fuller and creamier in taste and develops the beautiful scents.

The Riesling grape can be smelled immediately when opening this bottle of Siben. It has a full scent of impressions of yellow fruit and some white flowers. In the glass it turns a beautiful golden yellow with a light green touch. The nice thick structure gives nuances of white and yellow fruit, with peaches and apricots taking center stage. Waltz well with the glass and we also smell impressions of green herbs and some honey. In the mouth it gives the tongue a pleasant mouthfeel, the thick structure waltzes through the mouth and gives a lot of yellow fruit. The little sweetness on the tongue makes this Siben Deidesheimer Paradisgarten very exciting and suitable for various dishes.
