Rarely has a name been so appropriate as with this white wine from Domaine Joy. Enjoy is the only appropriate name for this Cotes de Gascogne wine. Just a good glass to open with friends. But the spirit of Domaine de Joy Enjoy Cotes Gascogne Blanc will also please with a delicious summer lunch.

Domaine de Joy has a respectable history. It is a pure family business, who still see wine making as their passion. It all started at the beginning of the 20th century. The family of Swiss origin fell in love with the Armagnac region, known for the distillate of the same name. Their own Armagnac vineyard was set up in the hills of the Cotes de Gascogne. This family, The Gessler family, still owns Domaine de Joy to this day.

In the meantime, people have largely switched to the production of wines, although 10% of the 170 hectares in total are still reserved for Armagnac production. The rest of the acreage, which benefits enormously from the fresh wind from the Atlantic Ocean, is mainly planted with white grape varieties. Domaine de Joy Enjoy Cotes de Gascogne Blanc uses the greats from the Cotes de Gascogne. The largest part is reserved for the column bard, almost half. Ugni Blanc and Gros Manseng have about the same share. The 10% added Sauvignon Blanc provides the characteristic freshness in Domaine de Joy Enjoy Cotes de Gascogne Blanc.

Immediately upon opening the bottle, we are immediately captivated by the striking tones from the Cotes de Gascogne. Light in smell, color and taste, making it a particularly friendly glass of wine. Invigorating fruits such as lemon, grapefruit and lychee lift the wine to a new, unknown level. A taste palette that is more than worthy of the name 'Enjoy'. This wine lends itself well as an aperitif or combined with crustaceans and shellfish and grilled fish. This wine can also be served with Comté and sheep cheeses from the Pyrenees.
