Marsuret is historically a family business and Prosecco producer in the Valdobbiadene area, with great respect for tradition and nature. The history begins as grandfather Agostino, between the 2 World Wars, buys a vineyard in Val de Cune (Guia di Valdobbiadene) and starts producing sparkling wine with natural fermentation in the bottle. Since 1980, the estate has been owned by the brothers Ermes and Walter Marsura. Under their impulse, the production techniques have improved so much that they (can) offer top quality that meets the strict requirements of the most discerning consumer. Marsuret wants to preserve the personal character and typical taste of each grape variety and of the terroir as much as possible.
The wine is made from the best selection of grapes from the vineyards located in Guia and Santo Stefano. All grapes for this Marsuret Prosecco Brut San Boldo are harvested by hand and only come from the Valdobbiadene area. This is the heart of the prosecco with the most beautiful and oldest vines. The fresh mountain wind of the San Boldo pass slows down the ripening process of the grapes.
