Nestled in the heart of Piemonte, Italy, Corarea has been crafting exceptional wines for decades. Founded by Rapetti and Bovone, the winery is dedicated to producing high quality wines through a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Corarea's unique approach to viticulture includes the revival of the ancient Arneis grape, which was once nearly extinct, paving the way for their famous Roero wines.

Corarea's Roero is a testament to the winery's passion and skill. This delicious wine is made from 100% Arneis grapes, carefully harvested by hand and gently pressed to preserve their delicate flavours. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a short period of aging on fine yeasts to achieve a harmonious balance of flavors and aromas.

The result is a beautiful light golden yellow wine that enchants the senses from the first sip. In the nose a bouquet of fresh white flowers, ripe peaches and a hint of apricot. When you take a sip, the vibrant acidity dances on your palate, intertwined with flavors of crunchy green apple, pear and a subtle minerality. The Roero's long, lingering finish leaves you wanting more.

This versatile wine pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, making it the perfect companion for your next dinner or casual gathering. Treat your guests by serving it with fresh seafood dishes, such as grilled shrimp or seared scallops, or let it spice up a simple pasta with creamy sauce. The Roero is also a delicious aperitif and enchants your taste buds while you relax.

Corarea's Roero is a true representation of the winery's commitment to preserving tradition while embracing modern winemaking techniques. Enjoy a bottle and experience the magic of Corarea, where passion and innovation come together to create an unforgettable wine.
